 Please do not tamper with, move, or uncover the golf cart if it is parked on the premises. 

 You will receive your entry code from the management company prior to arrival. To unlock the door, enter the code. To lock the door, simply press the Yale logo on the keypad. 

During the winter months, the pool heater is set to maintain a temperature of 78°F for guest comfort.

If you would like the pool heated to a higher temperature, we are happy to adjust it for an additional $25 per day.  Must book for entire stay.  The first day is complimentary, as it may take several hours for the pool to reach your desired temperature.  

Payment of Venmo, PayPal, CashApp and Zelle accept

Advance notice is allowed to ensure the pool reaches your requested temperature by your arrival.

During the summer months, the pool temperature is monitored and adjusted as needed to prevent the water from becoming too warm due to high outdoor temperatures.

Please contact us to request any temperature adjustments.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including inside the home, on patios, in the front yard, backyard, driveway, and surrounding outdoor areas.

This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping devices, and any other smoking products.

Violation of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees and/or termination of your stay.

tStat Our home is equipped with a GE All-In-One Washer/Dryer Combo, which washes and dries your clothes in a single machine — no need to transfer loads!

• The machine is preloaded with detergent and fabric softener.
• Please do not add additional detergent unless instructed.
• Do not overload the drum — leave some room for proper washing and drying.

1. Open the door and load your laundry.
2. Close the door securely.
3. Select your preferred cycle (Normal works well for most loads).
4. Make sure the setting includes Wash + Dry if you want the full cycle completed automatically.
5. Press Start. 

The machine will automatically wash and then dry your clothes in one cycle. Drying may take longer than traditional dryers — this is normal.

After each full cycle, please:

• Open the lint filter compartment.
• Remove and discard any lint buildup.
• Reinsert the filter securely before the next load.

Keeping the lint filter clean helps the machine dry properly and prevents issues for the next guest.

• Dry times may be longer than traditional dryers.
• Smaller loads dry more efficiently.
• If items feel slightly damp at the end, you can run an additional short dry cycle.

Quick Start Guide

Welcome! Below is a simple guide to using the Samsung Bespoke Convection Oven and Cooktop during your stay.

The cooktop may be induction, which means it will only heat when the correct cookware is used.

To work properly, pots and pans must:

• Be magnetic (a magnet should stick firmly to the bottom)
• Have a flat bottom
• Fully cover the cooking zone (not too small) 

• Glass
• Ceramic (unless labeled induction-compatible)
• Aluminum (unless induction-ready)
• Copper (unless induction-ready)

1. Place the correct pan on the burner first.
2. Turn the cooktop on.
3. Select the burner you want to use.
4. adjust the heat level.
5. To turn off, press power or reduce heat to zero.
    

⚠ Important: The cooktop will not heat without a compatible pan properly placed on the surface.

1. Press Bake or Convection Bake
2. Set your desired temperature.
3. Press Start.
4. Wait for preheating to complete before placing food inside.

The microwave has a safety lock feature. Please press the “Unlock” button before attempting to open the door. 

Instructions for opening and converting the Murphy bed in the living room are located in the drawer beneath the bed. Please review them before use.

We provide a fully stocked storage container with beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, toys, and other beach essentials for your enjoyment.

Please rinse off all items after use and return them clean to the container.

If anything becomes damaged during your stay, kindly set it next to the trash barrels and send us a quick email so we can replace it as soon as possible.

Feel free to enjoy everything as if it were your own. If you happen to leave behind any beach items for future guests, we truly appreciate it!

 All TVs in the house use the same remote, which is interchangeable between units. Each TV has a remote holder located on the side for easy access.

The TVs run Roku TV Guest Mode. Please make sure to select your check-out date and time when logging in. This will ensure that you are automatically signed out of all apps and streaming accounts at the end of your stay.

Please use the driveway or designated parking areas. Parking on the street is allowed but overnight street parking is not allowed and may result in a ticket. 

• Trash is collected on Tuesdays and Fridays, and recycling on Wednesdays.
• Collection happens early in the morning, so please place barrels out the night before after 7 PM and return them before 7 PM.
• A service company will stop by to move the barrels back and forth as needed.

•  Parties are not allowed. Any gathering exceeding the maximum occupancy of the house, indoors or in the backyard, is considered a party.
• There is a noise, smoking, and group-size monitor in the backyard. This device does not record audio or video but monitors noise levels in decibels.

•  Please treat the home with care and respect. Report any issues promptly so we can address them quickly.
