🚗 Rental Details & Pricing
- $75 per day
- 20% discount for rentals over 5 days
- Must be rented for the entire length of your stay (unless otherwise discussed and approved in writing)
- Available only to registered guests staying at one of our properties
📍 Where You Can Drive
- Golf cart use is restricted to Sand Key and Indian Rocks Beach and its surrounding towns, local roads only Posted speed limit of 30 MPH or less
- Must follow all local traffic laws and regulations
- Cart cannot be driven after midnight
- Beach Parking permit on the cart
👤 Driver Requirements
To operate the golf cart, you must:
- Be 25 years of age or older
- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license
- Provide proof of insurance requested
- Be a registered guest on the rental agreement
Only approved drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the cart.
🔒 Safety & Liability
- The golf cart is equipped with GPS tracking for safety and monitoring
- Drivers and passengers must wear seat belts at all times
- No reckless driving, racing, or off-road use permitted
- No driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- No smoking in the cart
- Renter assumes responsibility for any damage, fines, towing fees, or violations incurred during rental
- Renter agrees to return the cart in the same condition it was received
A signed rental agreement and security deposit may be required prior to use.
